Online session are available in the evening, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

It is possible to follow a 4 session program to support you in the best possible way.

4 sessions of 30 minutes each – 35$ per session

4 sessions of 60 minutes each – 55$ per session

In-person sessions are available on weekends only, subject to availability
